摘　　要：目的:探究Ki67、P53、CyclinD1、Bcl2在眼睑基底细胞癌中的表达及临床相关性。方法:本研究以眼睑基底细胞癌患者30例开展研究,视为研究组,开始时间为2017年9月,结束时间为2019年8月,选取眼睑基底细胞癌患者手术切缘组织30例,视为参照组,均检测指标蛋白表达情况,分析阳性率、IHS评分,进行统计学分析。结果:研究组患者的Ki67阳性率、CyclinD1阳性率、P53阳性率、Bcl2阳性率均高于参照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。研究组患者的Ki67的IHS评分、CyclinD1的IHS评分、P53的IHS评分、Bcl2的IHS评分均高于参照组,P<0.05,形成统计学意义。结论:Ki67、P53、CyclinD1、Bcl2均可检测眼睑基底细胞癌,具有较高的阳性率,促进疾病的诊断、治疗,对患者具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the expression of Ki67,P53,CyclinD1 and Bcl2 in basal cell carcinoma of eyelid and their clinical correlation.Method:In this study,30 patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were studied as the study group;meanwhile,30 patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid were selected as the reference group,and the expression of index protein was detected,the positive rate and IHS score were analyzed for statistical analysis.Result:The positive rates of Ki67,CyclinD1,P53 and Bcl2 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The IHS scores of Ki67,CyclinD1,P53 and Bcl2 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki67,P53,CyclinD1 and Bcl2 can be used to detect BCC of eyelid,which has a high positive rate.It can promote the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and is of great significance to the patients.
