阿托伐他汀与阿司匹林联用治疗脑血栓的临床价值体会

摘　　要：目的:观察分析阿托伐他汀与阿司匹林联用治疗脑血栓患者的临床应用价值。方法:观察对象为2018年1月—2018年12月我院收治的128例脑血栓患者,将其按照随机数字表法均分为两组:联合组64例和对照组64例。对照组应用阿司匹林治疗,联合组采用阿托伐他汀联用阿司匹林的方案治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果,检测并比较两组治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和颈动脉斑块面积(Smax);比较治疗前后巴塞尔(Barthel)指数和神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)。结果:联合组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IMT及Smax之间比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分及Barthel指数之间比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者Barthel指数显著高于对照组,NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀与阿司匹林联用治疗脑血栓患者取得的效果满意,可以稳定斑块,患者神经功能及日常活动能力均得到改善,具有推广的临床价值。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical application value of Atorvastatin Combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Method:128 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:64 cases in the combination group and 64 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the combination group was treated with Atorvastatin Combined with aspirin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and carotid plaque area(Smax)before and after treatment were detected and compared;the Barthel Index and NIHSS before and after treatment were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in IMT and Smax between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin Combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis achieved satisfactory results,can stabilize plaque,patients with neurological function and daily activity ability are improved,has the clinical value of promotion.
