摘 要:本文以智能门锁标准体系的构建为主题,简要介绍了我国智能门锁产业概况,论述了智能门锁的产品结构和主要技术要素,以产品生产序列和产品生命周期为导向设计标准体系架构,围绕智能门锁产品的设计、生产制造、管理控制、测试与评价、售后、服务、回收利用等各环节,构建科学合理、全面协调的智能标准体系,并提出标准化工作建议,为智能门锁科技创新提供标准化技术支撑,为传统五金锁具企业转型升级和实施智能门锁标准化战略提供有益参考。Themed on the construction of a smart intelligent locks standards system,this paper firstly gives the overview of the intelligent door locks industry in China,and discusses the product structure and main technical elements of the intelligent door locks.Secondly,the paper designs the standard system architecture oriented by the product production sequence and product life cycle,and builds a scientific,reasonable,and comprehensively coordinated intelligent standards system covering the links of design,manufacturing,management and control,testing and evaluation,after-sales,service,and recycling of intelligent door lock products.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for standardization work,providing technical support for the innovation of intelligent door locks technology,and useful reference for the upgrading of traditional hardware lock enterprises and the implementation of the strategy of intelligent door locks standardization.
