平之胶囊对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及血清NSE、GFAP、IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的观察平之胶囊对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白因子(GFAP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等指标水平的影响。方法将130例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组各65例,对照组采用西医常规治疗;观察组在西医常规治疗基础上加用平之胶囊,均连续治疗并观察21 d。分析治疗前后两组患者临床神经功能缺损程度、肢体运动功能及GFAP、NSE、TNF-α、IL-6等指标水平的变化。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.62%,高于对照组的70.77%(P<0.05);观察组在减轻神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS积分)、FMA评分方面与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组GFAP、NSE、TNF-α、IL-6均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后GFAP、NSE、TNF-α水平下降均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平之胶囊联合西医常规治疗可明显减轻急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损程度,改善肢体运动功能及促进神经修复,从而有效降低急性脑梗死的病死率和致残率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pingzhi Capsule on neurological deficiency and levels of serum GFAP,NSE,TNF-αand IL-6 in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:130 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group added Pingzhi Capsule on that basis.The two groups were treated continuously and observed for 21 days.Before and after treatment,the degree of clinical neurological deficit,limb motor function and the levels of NSE,GFAP,TNF-α,IL-6 and other indicators were analyzed.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.6%,better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significant differences in reducing NIHSS and FMA scores(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum GFAP,NSE,TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).The reduction of serum GFAP,NSE and TNF-αof the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingzhi Capsule combined with conventional Western medicine can significantly reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve limb motor function and promote nerve repair,thereby effectively reducing the mortality and disability of acute cerebral infarction.
