摘　　要：目的观察连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)联合加味四逆散治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)的疗效及效果评价。方法将125例HLAP患者随机分为对照组61例与治疗组64例。对照组采用急性胰腺炎的基础方案及CRRT治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予鼻饲或口服加味四逆散治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组在临床症状缓解时间、显效情况、CT严重指数(MCTSI)评分、胃肠道症状评定量表(GSRS)评分、急性生理与慢性健康量表(APACHEⅡ)评分、并发症发生率、复发率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CRRT联合加味四逆散治疗HLAP安全、有效,是HLAP内科治疗的可选方案。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of CRRT combined with Modified Sini Powder for hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis(HLAP).Methods:A total of 125 patients with HLAP were randomly divided into the control group(61 cases)and treatment group(64 cases).The control group was treated with the basic protocol of acute pancreatitis and CRRT.The treatment group was given nasal feeding or oral treatment of Modified Sini Powder on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of clinical symptom relief time,marked effect,MCTSI score,GSRS score,APACHEⅡscore,complication rate,and recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRRT combined with Modified Sini Powder is a safe and effective therapy for HLAP,which is an optional plan for HLAP treatment.
