茵连化浊解毒汤治疗急性胆囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察茵连化浊解毒汤对急性胆囊炎疗效、证候评分及免疫功能的影响。方法急性胆囊炎患者70例随机分为两组各35例,对照组予西医常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予茵连化浊解毒汤治疗。观察两组疗效、中医证候积分及免疫功能。结果治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞计数、胆红素及彩超胆囊检查复常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+指标均较治疗前显著好转,组间比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵连化浊解毒汤能够有效调节急性胆囊炎患者免疫功能,减轻患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Yinlian Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction on the curative effect,syndrome score and immune function of acute cholecystitis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Yinlian Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,TCM symptom score and immune function of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the scores and total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvements in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of white blood cell count,bilirubin and color Doppler ultrasound gallbladder examination in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the indices of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the above indices in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinlian Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction can effectively regulate the immune function of patients with acute cholecystitis,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worth of promotion.
