摘  要:为提升某商用车的NVH性能,利用有限元法计算了动力总成支撑点到座椅导轨安装点路径上的传递函数,明确了前悬置隔振作用的重要性;通过ADAMS和MATLAB软件利用能量解耦法及多目标优化算法对该悬置系统隔振性能进行了优化;对改进后状态进行了振动性能试验测试。试验结果表明:在产品改动较小的情况下,明显提升了悬置系统的隔振性能及乘坐舒适性。In order to improve the NVH performance of a vehicle,the VTF from the support points of the powertrain to the installation point of the seat guide rail was calculated by finite element method,which indicated the importance of the vibration isolation function of the front suspensions.The energy decoupling method and multi-objective optimization algorithm were used to maximize the weighted sum of the decoupling rates with the front mount’s stiffness as the variable,frequency separation and decoupling rate as constrains,which optimized the vibration isolation performance of the mounting system.The test results show that the vibration isolation of the mounting system and the NVH performance of the vehicle are improved obviously under the condition of minor product modification.
