摘　　要：随着我国生物制药产业的快速发展,生物制药领域创新创业人才匮乏的问题逐渐暴露出来。为给我国大健康产业培养复合型的创业人才,文章在研究国内外创业教育模式的相关理论的基础上,构建了基于校企合作的生物医药创业人才培养模式,并通过“生物制药创新创业训练营”的活动进行了实践。With the continuous development of biopharmaceutical industry in China,the shortage of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is gradually exposed.In order to meet the needs of the society,an efficient cultivation model of biomedical entrepreneurship talents based on school-enterprise cooperation is established.Through the practice of"bio-pharmaceutical innovation and entrepreneurship training camp",beneficial exploration and practice are carried out in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
