摘　　要：高职院校教材的编写既要体现高职教育的特色,又要兼顾行业人才培养的规格。文章以教师一线课堂的教学感受、一线企业实践的经验积累为出发点,聚焦校企“双元”育人的视点,对如何拓展高职院校《物业管理实务》教材建设内涵,编写出符合高职教育特色、新时代需求和物业服务企业人才规格要求的《物业管理实务》教材进行探析思考,助力职业教育“三教”改革。Textbooks written for high-level vocational college students call for both demonstration of characteristics of high-level vocational education and consideration of ability level of graduates to work in the industry.Based on the actual teaching the course Property Management Major and the working experience,from the perspectives of both college and company on education and development of students,this paper explores the methods of improving the textbook quality of Property Management Practice in high-level vocational college.The purpose of the study is to make it in agreement with the characteristics of high-level vocational education,meet the demands of the new times and the requirements property management enterprises have for graduates from the college and to promote the development of teacher,textbook and teaching method in vocational education.
