摘　　要：关键提示如何定位中国船级社在构建行业命运共同体中的角色?中国船级社是联系政府、市场和企业的桥梁和纽带,服务对象多,覆盖面广,涉及航运和海洋产业链上众多相关环节和企业,发挥着其他机构难以替代的独特作用。在上期《对话》栏目中,中国船级社总裁莫鉴辉提出了"产业共同体时代来临"的观点,并详细阐述了三个共同体的概念、核心要义及深刻内涵。莫鉴辉指出,构建行业发展共同体、技术共同体、质量共同体建设是推动行业命运共同体建设的重要内容和基本路径,是践行人类命运共同体理念的重要行动。三个共同体,既是产业共同体。In the last issue of Dialogue,President Mo Jianhui of China Classification Society put forward the view that"the era of industrial community is coming"and elaborated the concept,core meaning and profound connotation of the three communities.Mo Jianhui pointed out that the construction of an industry development community,a technology community and a quality community is an important content and basic path to promote the construction of an industry community with a shared future,as well as an important action to implement the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.The three communities are not only an industrial community,but also an ideal community,a community of interests and a community of responsibilities.They focus on the high-quality and sustainable development of the whole industry chain and aim to pool the wisdom and strength of all relevant parties in the whole maritime industry,build a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship of coordination and cooperation,and achieve common development.This issue of Dialogue invites President Mo Jianhui to share the path of building three communities and his thoughts on the future development of the maritime industry.
