摘　　要：从职业不安全感概念、测量方法、我国护士不安全感现状、相关因素及策略方面综述护士职业不安全感的研究进展,以期为减轻护士职业不安全感提供参考。This paper reviewed the research progress of nurses′job insecurity perceptions in terms of the concept of job insecurity perceptions,measurement methods,the status quo of nurses′insecurity in China,related factors and strategies,in order to provide a reference for reducing nurses′job insecurity perceptions.
