摘　　要：对BSZT系列双网挤浆机转鼓,在使用过程中出现"减速机带动大、小齿轮及主动轴头旋转,但转鼓不转"的故障原因进行分析并提出维修方案,在设备现场对转鼓实施快速修复,排除了设备故障。The drum of BSZT series twin-wire press has a problem of large vibration of the reducer,rotation of the pinion and driving shaft,but the drum does not rotate.This article analyzes the cause of the failure and proposes a maintenance plan,implements rapid repair of the drum at the equipment site,and eliminates the equipment failure.
