摘 要:优良的精液品质是发挥公猪遗传性能的重要保障。公猪的精液品质受多种因素影响。其中,精子膜中脂肪酸组成会影响精子膜的流动性和完整性,从而对精子活力产生重要影响。氧化应激是影响精液品质的另一个重要因素。通过营养调控可以有效地改善精子的脂肪酸组成,提高精液的抗氧化状态,改善精液品质。本文综述了近年来国内外的相关研究成果,从功能性脂肪酸、氨基酸、维生素、矿物元素及植物提取物等方面分析了改善公猪精液品质的营养调控措施,阐述了营养调控在改善精液品质中的可行性和具体措施,旨在为生猪繁殖研究人员及养猪生产企业生产公猪优质精液提供理论依据和方案参考。Excellent semen quality is an important guarantee for the genetic performance of boars.The semen quality of boars is affected by many factors.The fatty acid composition of sperm membrane affects the fluidity and integrity of sperm membrane,which has an important impact on sperm motility.Oxidative stress is also an important factor to impair semen quality.Nutrition regulation can effectively improve the fatty acid composition of sperm,enhance the antioxidant status of semen,and improve semen quality.This article summarized the relevant research results at home and abroad in recent years,it analyzed the nutritional control measures to improve semen quality from the aspects of functional fatty acids,amino acids,vitamins,mineral elements and plant extracts,and expounded the feasibility and concrete measures of nutrition regulation in improving semen quality,aims at providing theoretical basis and program reference for pig breeding researchers and pig production enterprises to produce high-quality boar semen.
