摘 要:目的:旨在建立AA肉鸡与青脚麻鸡的血液生理生化参数的正常参考值。方法:在相同的营养水平和环境条件下,健康1日龄AA肉鸡和青脚麻鸡饲养至上市日龄。分别采集42日龄AA肉鸡和56日龄青脚麻鸡的血液样本,用于检测血液生理生化指标。结果:AA肉鸡与青脚麻鸡血液中的白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、红细胞分布宽度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。AA肉鸡血清中的葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量显著低于青脚麻鸡(P<0.05),但两个肉鸡间的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿酸、尿素、钙、磷含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:上市日龄的AA肉鸡血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量显著低于青脚麻鸡,但其它血液指标无显著差异。Objective:To establish the normal reference value for blood physiological and biochemical indexes of AA broilers and partridge shank chickens.Methods:Healthy 1-day-old AA broilers and partridge shank chickens were raised to the market age under the same nutritional level and environmental conditions.The blood samples of 42-day-old AA broilers and 56-day-old partridge shank chickens were collected to measure the blood physiological and biochemical indexes.Results:There were no significant differences in white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,hematocrit,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,and red blood cell distribution width between AA broilers and partridge shank chickens(P>0.05).The contents of glucose and triglyceride in serum of AA broilers were significantly lower than those of partridge shank chickens(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in the contents of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate transaminase,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,total protein,albumin,uric acid,urea,calcium and phosphorus between the two broilers(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that the serum glucose and triglyceride contents of AA broilers were significantly lower than those of partridge shank chickens on the market age,but there were no significant differences in other blood indexes.
