摘 要:目的:了解基于岗位胜任力的分层培训在消毒供应中心(CSSD)人员中的应用效果。方法:温州医科大学附属诸暨医院CSSD工作人员共32名作为研究对象,2018年7月至2019年6月实施基于岗位胜任力的分层培训。结果:分层培训后,理论和技能考核成绩总平均分都高于培训前(P<0.05);服务科室满意评分(46.23±6.24)分,高于培训前(43.57±5.36)分(P<0.05)。结论:基于岗位胜任力的分层培训能够提升CSSD全员的整体素质和服务质量,是一种有效的继续教育模式。[Objective] To investigate the application effect of hierarchical training based on post competence in CSSD.[Method] From July 2018 to June 2019, 32 CSSD staff members from Zhuji Affiliated?Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as subjects to carry out hierarchical training based on post competence. [Result] After the training, the total average score of theory and skill examination were higher than that of pre-training(P<0.05).The average score of satisfaction was(46.23±6.24), higher than that of pre-training(43.57±5.36, P<0.05). [Conclusion] Hierarchical training based on post competency can improve the overall quality and service quality of CSSD staff, and is an effective continuing education model.
