长江经济带能源强度收敛性研究

摘　　要：能源强度收敛性问题是基于经济增长收敛逻辑而产生的,且目前能源强度收敛性日趋明显,而长江经济带作为经济战略重地,其亟需完成建设"绿色生态廊道"目标。基于此,本文采用2003~2018年长江经济带11省市的数据为研究样本,运用面板数据模型和空间计量模型考察了长江经济带能源强度收敛性情况。研究结果表明:长江经济带能源强度呈下降趋势,且区域内各个地区之间能源强度存在差距逐渐缩小;在未考虑空间因素时,长江经济带整体层面不仅存在能源强度绝对β收敛且存在条件β收敛,上、中、下游各地区收敛速度存在一定差异;而将空间因素纳入模型中则发现,长江经济带整体层面、中、下游地区条件β收敛的速度明显加快,而上游地区收敛速度并无明显变化。The problem of energy intensity convergence is based on the logic of economic growth convergence,and energy intensity convergence is becoming more and more obvious.As a strategic economic center,the Yangtze River Economic Belt urgently needs to complete the construction of a"green ecological corridor".Based on this,the paper using data from 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2003 to 2018 as research samples,the panel data model and spatial econometric model are used to investigate the existence of energy intensity convergence in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results of the study show that:the energy intensity of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is declining,and the gap in energy intensity between regions has gradually narrowed;when spatial factors are not considered,not only the absolute β convergence of energy intensity but also the conditional β convergence exists at the overall level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and there are certain differences in the convergence rates of the upstream,middle and downstream regions;when the spatial factors are included in the model,it is found that the convergence rate of the conditional β in the overall level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the middle and downstream regions is significantly accelerated,while the convergence rate in the upstream region has not changed significantly.
