摘　　要：阐述一种机载泵用无刷直流电机设计。结合无刷直流电机的工作原理,提出了基于脉宽调制器的控制方案,完成了无刷直流电机本体的设计及控制器的设计。实践应用证明,此机载泵用无刷直流电机实现了全浸液体介质、长寿命、可靠性高、使用免维护等技术指标,是一款实用的机载泵用无刷直流电机。This paper describes the design of a kind of BLDCM for airborne pump.Based on the working principles of the BLDCM,the control scheme based on PWM was proposed,and the design of the motor body and the controller of the BLDCM was completed.The application showed that the BLDCM for airborne pump realized the technical indexes of full-immersion liquid medium,long service life,high reliability and maintenance free.It is a practical BLDCM for airborne pump.
