高技术产业空间集聚、技术创新与区域绿色发展效率——基于PVAR模型的经验证据

摘　　要：本文基于2001—2016年数据和面板向量自回归(PVAR)研究显示,高技术产业空间集聚和区域绿色发展效率对技术创新存在短期推力,绿色发展效率对高技术产业空间集聚影响有待强化,脉冲响应分析表明三者间互动存在非线性特征,方差分解结果表明技术创新对高技术产业空间集聚存在动态强化影响,高技术产业空间集聚有助于持续提升技术创新能力,技术创新能力对区域绿色发展效率影响较大。因此,需进一步完善高技术产业发展环境,优化区域创新体系,发挥绿色发展的引导作用,推动区域高技术产业和创新要素有效配置和利用。Based on 2001-2016 data and panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)research,this paper shows that high-tech industry spatial agglomeration and regional green development efficiency have a short-term thrust on technological innovation,the impact of regional green development efficiency on high-tech industry spatial agglomeration needs to be strengthened.Impulse response analysis shows that there are nonlinear characteristics in the interaction among the three,and the variance decomposition results show that technological innovation has a dynamic strengthening effect on high-tech industry spatial agglomeration.The high-tech industry spatial agglomeration is conducive to the continuous improvement of technological innovation,technological innovation has a greater impact on regional green development efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the development environment of high-tech industries,optimize the regional innovation system,play the guiding role of green development,promote the effective allocation and utilization of regional high-tech industries and innovative elements.
