摘　　要：目的:观察口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中叶酸受体(FRα)的表达水平及其与肿瘤临床病理的关系。方法:免疫组化方法分析95例OSCC患者FRα表达情况,分析其与临床参数、总生存率(OS)和无病生存率(DFS)的相关性。结果:95例OSCC组织FRα中、高表达占57.9%。5年OS,FRα高、中、低表达者分别为33.4%、79.4%、90.1%(P=0.0003);5年DFS在FRα高、中、低表达患者中分别为44.7%、82.9%、69.5%(P=0.0336)。FRα表达与OSCC的肿瘤浸润方式、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期密切相关,FRα高表达与OS和DFS负相关(P<0.05)。结论:FRα表达与OSCC临床病理进展相关。Objective:To study folate receptor(FRα)expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and its corelation with clinical and pathological factors.Methods:FRαexpression in 95 OSCC patients was examined by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between clinical parameters,overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)with FRαexpression was analyzed.Results:FRαexpression in 95 OSCC cases was 57.9%.5-year OS were 33.4%,79.4%and 90.1%of the patients with high,medium and low FRαexpression respectively(P=0.0003).5-year DFS of those with high,medium and low FRαexpression were 44.7%,82.9%and 69.5%respectively(P=0.0336).FRαexpression is closely related to tumor invasion pattern,lymph node metastasis,and tumor stage in OSCC(P<0.05).High FRαexpression indicates low OS and DFS(P<0.05).Conclusion:FRαexpression is related to the progression of OSCC.
