49例颌面颈部重症间隙感染的回顾性分析

摘　　要：回顾性分析49例颌面颈部重症间隙感染患者的临床诊治资料,男女比例为2.06∶1,平均年龄为(53.6±15.0)岁,农民占总数的53.06%,牙源性感染占总数的81.63%,平均起病时间为(7.73±4.77)d,合并糖尿病患者占总数的22.45%,所有患者均为以颌下间隙感染为中心的多间隙感染,合并纵膈感染4例。经过治疗,治愈45例,放弃治疗4例。争分夺秒、通畅气道、彻底引流、合理抗菌、全身支持为治疗此疾病的关键。The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 49 patients with life threatening head and neck space infection were retrospectively analyzed.The ratio of male to female cases was 2.06∶1,the average age was 53.6±15.0 years old,farmers account for 53.06%of the patients,odontogenic infection accounted for 81.63%of the cause of the disease,average onset time was 7.73±4.77 days,and diabetes mellitus accounting for 22.45%of the associated disease.All patients were multi-interstitial infection with submandibular interstitial infection as the center and 4 patients with mediastinal infection.After treatment,45 patients were cured and 4 gave up the treatment.The key to the treatment of this disease is to race against time,open airway,complete drainage,reasonable antibiosis and systemic support.
