下颌下腺黏液囊肿1例及文献复习

摘　　要：黏液囊肿常见于小唾液腺,而发生于下颌下腺的黏液囊肿十分少见,在以颈部肿大为表现的疾病诊断中不容忽视。本文报道下颌下腺黏液囊肿1例,手术切除下颌下腺及囊肿,术后随访1年无明显手术并发症,并复习了相关文献。Mucocele is a common lesion of minor salivary glands.Mucocele of the major salivary glands including submandibular gland is rare,but should be considered in the differential diagnosis of submandibular swellings.A case of submandibular gland mucocele was treated by surgery,and no postoperative complication was noted in 1 year follow-up.Related literatures were reviewed.
