摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜癌组织中B细胞异位基因2(Bcelltranslocation gene 2,BTG2)的表达变化,分析其表达变化与子宫内膜癌的临床病理联系。方法采用qRT-PCR方法检测40对子宫内膜癌(癌组)和癌旁组织(癌旁组)中的mBTG2的表达水平,比较2组之间的差异。应用Western-blot方法检测BTG2的蛋白表达水平,比较2组之间的差异。用免疫组化方法分别检测98例子宫内膜癌患者(试验组)和80例子宫内膜良性病变患者组织(对照组)中BTG2蛋白表达水平,比较2组之间的差异。根据BTG2蛋白表达水平将试验组98例分为2组:低表达组[弱表达(+)和中表达(++)]和高表达组[强表达(+++)],分析BTG2蛋白表达水平与临床病理的关系。结果癌组和癌旁组mBTG2的相对表达水平分别为(0.24±0.13)、(0.51±0.22),癌组的表达水平明显低于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。癌组及癌旁组BTG2的蛋白相对表达水平分别为(0.99±0.08)、(2.16±0.12),癌组的相对表达量明显低于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。免疫组织化学实验结果中试验组:低表达78例(79.6%),高表达20例(20.4%);对照组:低表达24例(30.0%),高表达56例(70.0%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在98例癌组织中,BTG2蛋白表达水平与临床分期、组织分级、淋巴血管浸润、淋巴转移相关,与年龄、肌层浸润深度、组织类型无关。结论BTG2在子宫内膜癌组织中呈低表达,并与部分临床病理指标相关,BTG2可能参与了子宫内膜癌的疾病进展,有可能作为子宫内膜癌的疾病监测生物学指标及生物治疗的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression changes of B cell translocation gene 2(BTG2)in endometrial cancer(EC)tissues,and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathology.Methods The qRT-PCR method was used to detect the expression levels of mBTG2 in 40 pairs of EC(cancer group)and paracancerous tissues(paracancerous group),and the difference between the two groups was compared.Western Blot method was used to detect the protein expression level of BTG2,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the BTG2 protein expression levels in 98 patients with EC(test group)and 80 patients with endometrial benign lesions(control group),and to compare the differences between the two groups.According to the BTG2 protein expression level,98 cases in the test group were subdivided into 2 subgroups:low expression group[weak expression(+)and medium expression(++)]and high expression group[strong expression(+++)],and the relationship between BTG2 protein expression level and clinicopathology was analyzed.Results The relative expression levels of mBTG2 in cancer group and paracancerous group were(0.24±0.13)and(0.51±0.22),respectively,which in cancer group were significantly lower than those in paracancerous group(P<0.01).The relative expression levels of BTG2 protein in cancer group and paracancerous group were(0.99±0.08)and(2.16±0.12),respectively,which in cancer group were significantly lower than those in paracancerous group(P<0.01).The immunohistochemistry experiments results showed that there were 78 cases of low expression(79.6%)and 20 cases of high expression(20.4%)in cancer group,and 24 cases of low expression(30.0%)and 56 cases of high expression(70.00%)in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).In 98 cases of cancer tissues,the BTG2 protein expression levels were related to clinical stage,tissue grading,lymphatic vascular invasion,and lymphatic metastasis,however,which were not related to patient’s age,depth of muscl
