含苯基耐高温氟硅油的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：以甲基苯基硅氧烷环聚体、甲基三氟丙基环三硅氧烷(D3F)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,共聚合成了含苯基、γ-三氟丙基氟硅油。测定了其基本理化性质,研究了其润滑性能及氧化安定性。合成的含苯基氟硅油闪点均大于320℃,-40℃黏度低于3000 mm^2/s,100℃黏度在10~13 mm2/s之间,具有高闪点、良好的高低温性能。加入0.5%的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)后,磨痕直径由2.2 mm降低至0.83 mm,氧化起始点温度提高了30℃,具有良好的摩擦性能和耐高温氧化稳定性。Fluorosilicones containing phenyl and γ-trifluoropropyl groups was copolymerized by using methylphenylsiloxane cyclomer,tris( trifluoropropyl) methylcyclotrisiloxane( D3F),octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane( D4) and hexamethyldisiloxane( MM)as main materials. The basic physical and chemical properties were determined,and its lubricities and oxidation stability were studied. The synthesized fluorosilicones containing phenyl group have flash point of more than 320 ℃,viscosity of-40 ℃ of less than3000 mm2/s,viscosity of 100 ℃ of 10 ~ 13 mm2/s,which have high flash point and good high and low temperature performances. After the addition of 0. 5 % zinc dialkyldithiophosphate( ZDDP),the diameter of the wear scar is reduced from 2. 2 mm to 0. 83 mm,and the temperature at the onset of oxidation is increased by 30 ℃ . It has good friction property and high temperature oxidation stability.
