摘　　要：生产实习是学生了解农业、感知农业的最直接途径,更是建立知农、爱农、强农、兴农情怀的理想平台。因此,农业高校生产实习尤为重要。文章经总结整理出,与兄弟高校共同探讨如何使学生对农业产生浓厚兴趣,努力学习农业知识,为其农业科教及管理工作打下坚实的理论和实践基础。Production internship is a direct way for students to understand and perceive agriculture,it is also an ideal platform for establishing the feelings of knowing agriculture,loving agriculture,strengthening agriculture and promoting agriculture,so production internship is particularly important in agricultural colleges and universities.This paper summarized our experiences,and discuss with brother colleges and universities how to stimulate agriculture interest of students,and then lead them strive to learn agricultural knowledge,and lay solid theoretical and practical foundation for in future work on agricultural science education and management.
