腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌患者的临床效果。方法选取80例2017年1月—2019年1月期间来江苏大学附属武进医院就诊的结肠癌患者为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同,将传统开腹手术方式的40例患者设置为对照组,腹腔镜手术方式的40例患者设置为观察组。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数、术后肛门排气时间、肠功能恢复时间、术后镇痛时间、住院天数以及术后并发症情况。结果两组患者的手术时间和术中淋巴结清扫个数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术中出血量明显多于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、肠功能恢复时间、术后镇痛时间、住院天数均优于对照组患者,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术用时短、效果好,能减轻患者痛苦,加快患者恢复,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery with traditional open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods 80 colon cancer patients from January 2017 to January 2019 in Wujin Hospital of Jiangsu University were selected as study subjects,the control group consisted of 40 patients who underwent conventional laparotomy and the observation group consisted of 40 patients who underwent laparoscopy.The operation time,blood loss,lymph node clearance,postoperative anal exhaust time,intestinal function recovery time,postoperative Analgesia time,hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and the number of lymph nodes cleared in the two groups(P>0.05),and the blood loss in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05),The observation group patients after anal exhaust time,intestinal function recovery time,postoperative Analgesia time,hospital days were better than the control group patients,and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy has the advantages of short time,good effect,less pain,faster recovery,shorter hospital stay and lower complication rate.
