摘 要:目的:探讨虚拟仿真实验系统结合PBL教学方法在药理实验教学中的应用效果。方法:以中国人民解放军空军军医大学2017级五年制临床专业56名学生为研究对象,以“酚磺酞半衰期及分布容积的测定”为教学内容,比较对照组和实验组的实验完成情况及调查问卷结果。结果:实验组学生在实验操作时间及成功率等方面显著优于对照组学生,问卷调查显示,实验组学生之间的团队配合意识、对实验操作的掌握水平及总体教学满意度均显著提高。结论:在实验课教学中,结合应用虚拟仿真实验系统和PBL教学法,可以显著提高实验课的教学质量。AIM:To explore the application eff ect of virtual simulation experiment combined with PBL teaching method in the experimental course of pharmacology.METHODS:56 fi ve-year medical students of 2017 Grade in Air Force Military Medical University were selected and randomly divided into observant group and control group.After the course,the teaching eff ects of the two groups were evaluated by experiment results and questionnaire survey.RESULTS:The experiments results showed that the experimental operation time and success rate by students in the observant group were better than those in the control group.The questionnaire survey showed that the awareness of team cooperation,the mastery of experimental operation and the overall teaching satisfaction of students in the observant group were signifi cantly improved as compared with those in the control group.CONCLUSION:Virtual simulation experiment combined with PBL teaching method in the experimental teaching not only improve the teaching effect,but also promotes the cultivation of high-quality medical students.
