摘  要:采用水提醇沉法提取大洲马尾藻多糖,以提取时间、提取温度、固液比和提取次数为优化因素,通过正交实验优化提取条件.并利用DPPH法、Fenton法和三氯乙酸法测定马尾藻多糖的体外抗氧化性.结果表明:马尾藻多糖的最佳提取条件为提取时间5 h,提取温度90℃,固液比1∶60,提取次数3次;马尾藻多糖均表现出一定的DPPH自由基、羟基自由基清除能力和还原力,且随多糖浓度的增大而增强,当多糖浓度为2 g·L-1时,对DPPH自由基清除率为22.988%、对羟基自由基清除率为27.596%,还原力为0.497.With extraction time,extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid and extraction times as the main factors,the extraction conditions,under which the extracting process of polysaccharide from S.dazhouense was conducted by water extraction method,were optimized through orthogonal experiments.Later,the antioxidative properties of the polysaccharide were tested by the method of DPPH,Fenton and Trichloroacetic acid.The optimal extraction conditions are as follows:the extraction time is 5 h the extraction temperature,90℃the ratio of material to liquid,1:50 extraction times,3 times.Sargassum polysaccharides showed certain DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability and reducing power.Meanwhile the antioxidant activity was strengthened with the increment of polysaccharide concentration.When the concentration of Sargassum polysaccharide was 2 g·L-1,the DPPH radical scavenging rate was 22.988%,the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate 27.596%,and the reducing power 0.497.
