基础设施投资对科技人才集聚度的影响研究

摘　　要：立足科技人才集聚度影响因素分析,在文献研究的基础上,抓住区域基础设施投资与科技人才集聚度相关性,探索企业家社会责任通过基础设施投资对科技人才的影响度。以熵权法确定基础设施投资指标权重,运用stata16.0,采用多元线性回归模型进行实证分析。研究发现:企业家发挥社会责任,投资基础设施项目,促进环境改善,有利于提高科技人才集聚度;企业家社会责任在基础设施投资与科技人才集聚中发挥正向调节作用。提出了在基础设施投资领域发挥企业家社会责任的相关建议。Based on the analysis of influencing factors of the agglomeration degree of scientific and technological talents,this paper,on the basis of literature research,grasps the correlation between regional infrastructure investment and the agglomeration degree of scientific and technological talents,and explores the influencing degree of entrepreneurs'social responsibility on scientific and technological talents through infrastructure investment.The entropy method is used to determine the index weight of infrastructure investment;stata16.0 and multiple linear regression model are used to make an empirical analysis.It is found that entrepreneurs play their social responsibilities,invest in infrastructure projects and promote environmental improvement,which is conducive to improving the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents.Entrepreneurs'social responsibility plays a positive regulatory role in infrastructure investment and agglomeration of scientific and technological talents.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to develop entrepreneurs'social responsibility in the field of infrastructure investment.
