摘　　要：个性化思想政治教育是基于学生思想行为数据分析,精准把握学生需求和问题,实施差异化教育,促进学生个性全面自由发展的教育模式。主要通过平台建设、服务于学生个性化发展的教学内容、平衡师资以及管理者宏观把控这三个维度来实现。个性化思想政治教育结合了大数据全面和复杂的特点,实现思想政治教育更精准高效的开展,是大数据时代下的必然产物。推动个性化思想政治教育的研究和实施,对于准确把握成长于互联网时代的当代大学生的思想需求和成长规律,对于教育工作者和管理者开辟网络育人新路径,提升思想政治教育质量具有重要的理论和实践意义。Individualized ideological and political education is an education model based on the analysis of students ’ideological and behavioral data,accurately grasping students’ needs and problems,implementing differentiated education,and promoting the comprehensive and free development of students ’ personalities. It is mainly achieved through the three dimensions of platform construction,teaching content aiming to promote students’ personalized development,balancing teachers’ training and macro-control of administrators. Individualized ideological and political education,which combines the comprehensive and complex characteristics of big data,may realize more precise and efficient ideological and political education. It is an inevitable product in the era of big data. Promoting the research and implementation of individualized ideological and political education is important for educators and managers to accurately grasp the ideological needs and growth laws of contemporary college students who have grown up in the Internet era,and to open up a new path for online education. Also,this study has a significantly theoretical and practical role in improving the quality of ideological and political education.
