摘  要:目的:探讨不同桩道预处理方法对根管内牙本质表面玷污层的去除效果和玻璃纤维桩粘接强度的影响。方法:将44颗下颌前磨牙按同一方法完成根管治疗和桩道预备,根据桩道预处理方法不同随机分成4组,A组用蒸馏水冲洗处理(空白对照组)、B组采用MTAD(a mixture of tetracycline isomer,acid,and detergent)溶液冲洗处理,C组用超声荡洗处理,D组用PIPS-Er:YAG激光处理。每组随机选取1个样本,通过扫描电镜观察玷污层去除效果。每组剩余样本使用RelyXTM Unicem自粘接水门汀粘接玻璃纤维桩后进行薄片推出实验,分别计算出每组根颈1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3的粘接强度,实验数据采用双因素方差分析和Tukey检验。结果:与对照组相比,不同的桩道预处理方法均能有效地去除玷污层和提高玻璃纤维桩的粘接强度,其中PIPS-Er:YAG激光预处理桩道能最有效地去除玷污层和提高玻璃纤维桩的粘接强度。结论:本实验采用的不同桩道预处理方法均能有效地提高玻璃纤维桩的粘接强度,其中PIPS-Er:YAG激光处理效果最佳。Objective:To evaluate the influence of different pretreatment methods of post space on the removal effect for the smear layer on the dentin surface in the root canal and the bond strength of glass fiber post.Methods:Forty-four mandibular premolars were randomly divided into four groups according to the pretreatment method of post space after the same standard of root canal therapy and post space preparation.Group A was irrigated with distilled water(blank control group);group B was irrigated with MTAD solution;group C was treated by ultrasonic irrigation;group D was treated by PIPS-Er:YAG laser.One sample was randomly selected from each group to observe the removal effect for the smear layer using a scanning electron microscope.The remaining samples from each group were glued to glass fiber posts using the RelyXTM Unicem self-adhesive cement,and the bond strength was assessed using the thin-slice push-out test;the bond strengths of coronal third,middle third,and apical third were calculated.A two-way analysis of variance and the Tukey test were performed to analyze the experimental data.Results:Compared with the control group,various pretreatment methods of post space could effectively remove the smear layer and improve the bond strength of glass fiber post,among which the PIPS-Er:YAG laser pretreatment had the best effects in both regards.Conclusion:The various pretreatment methods of post space in this study can effectively improve the bond strength of glass fiber post,among which the PIPS-Er:YAG laser technique has the best effect.
