摘  要:系留无人机因其续航时间长、有效载荷大而得到广泛应用。LLC变换器因其易于实现软开关,十分适合系留无人机机载电源这一高输入电压(>1 kV),中大功率应用场合。而传统设计方法仅考虑增益要求,高压输入、中大功率场合下,变压器激磁电感稍有偏小,就会使谐振腔电流增加,导致初级开关器件导通损耗及磁件铜损增加,严重降低变换器效率,增加系统温升,降低可靠性。在此分析效率与谐振参数间定量关系,提出一种LLC拓扑谐振参数优化方法。搭建了一台1 kV,6.6 kW的碳化硅(SiC)LLC原理样机,采用所提设计方法完成参数优化,验证效率提升效果。满载下效率提升约0.3%,对应损耗减少19.94 W;烤机30 min,变压器绕组温度降低17.32%,谐振电感绕组温度降低6.83%,验证了所提设计方法的有效性。Tethered unmanned aerial vehicles are widely used because of its long endurance and capability of large payload.LLC converter is very suitable for the application of high input voltage(>1 kV)and medium-high power because it is easy to realize soft switching.However,the traditional design method only considers the gain requirements.In the case of high voltage input and medium-high power,if the magnetic inductance is slightly small,the current of the resonant tank will increase accordingly,which leads to the increase of the conduction loss of the switching components and the copper loss of the magnetic part,thus reduce the efficiency of the converter,increase of the temperature rise of the system,and reduce the reliability.The relationship between efficiency and resonance parameters is analyzed,and an optimization method to design resonance parameters is proposed.A 1 kV,6.6 kW silicon carbide(SiC)LLC prototype is built.The proposed design method is used to optimize the parameters.The efficiency is increased by about 0.3%under full load condition,and the corresponding loss is reduced by 19.94 W,the temperature of transformer winding reduced by 17.32%and the temperature of resonant inductance winding reduced by 6.83%,verify the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
