摘 要:针对电动汽车用内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)控制方案中,由死区效应引起的电驱动系统低速时性能欠佳的问题,在分析死区效应产生的原因及补偿方法后,采用i_α和i_β的线性组合方式判断所需补偿的电压,并使用自适应线性神经网络(ADALINE)将i_d和i_q中的高次谐波滤除以提高死区补偿算法的可靠性。仿真与试验结果表明,使用ADALINE陷波器的死区补偿方法能有效抑制死区效应造成的不良影响,使逆变器输出电流在带载时更加平滑稳定。IPMSM的振动幅值在20 N·m和40 N·m时较补偿前分别减少92.86%和86.96%,使乘用车低速时的起步性能得到改善,进而提升乘车舒适度。Aiming at the problem of poor performance of electric drive system at low speed caused by dead-time effect in control scheme of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)for electric vehicles.After analyzing the causes of dead-time effect and compensation methods,a linear combination of i_αand i_βis adopted to judge the compensated voltage,and using the adaptive linear neural(ADALINE)to filter high-order harmonics in i_d and i_q to improve the reliability of dead-time compensation algorithm.The simulation and experimental results show that the deadtime compensation method using ADALINE notch filter can effectively suppress the adverse effects caused by deadtime effect,make the output current of the inverter smoother and more stable under load.The comfort and starting performance at low speed of electric vehicle are improved significantly.Because the vibration amplitude of IPMSM are reduced by92.86%and 86.96%respectively at 20 N·m and 40 N·m compared with that without compensation.
