24例家族性良性慢性天疱疮患者临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的探讨家族性良性慢性天疱疮(HHD)的临床特点、诱发因素及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1999年1月~2018年12月我院皮肤科收治的24例HHD住院患者的临床资料。结果24例病例中,男女患病人数比例为3.8∶1。年龄31~70岁,平均(49.54±9.02)岁,发病年龄13~47岁,平均(31.04±9.49)岁。皮疹主要累及腹股沟及腋窝。最常见诱因为夏季湿热气候,其次为饮酒、食用辛辣刺激性食物及摩擦。系统使用复方甘草酸苷注射液、米诺环素胶囊、雷公藤多苷片配合局部对症治疗效果较好。结论HHD病程长,难以治愈,且易反复发作,传统治疗方案以系统及外用药治疗控制病情,但难以预防复发,外科治疗、激光治疗、肉毒素注射对预防复发有一定作用。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,inducing factors and treatment of Hailey-Hailey disease(HHD).Methods Clinical data of 24 patients with HHD admitted to department of dermatology in our hospital from January 1999 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 24 patients,the male/female ratio was 3.8∶1.Patients age ranged from 31 to 70 years old,mean age was(49.54±9.02)years old.The onset age ranged from 13 to 47 years old,mean onset age was(31.04±9.49)years old.Groins and armpits were the most involved locations of rash.Hot and humid climate in summer was the most common triggers of HHD and followed by drinking,spicy foods and friction.The therapy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection,Minocycline Capsules,Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum combined with local symptomatic treatment was effective to HHD.Conclusion HHD is long-lasting,difficult to cure andprone to recurrence.Traditional treatment with systemic and topical medications can control symptoms,but it is difficult to prevent recurrence.Surgical treatment,laser treatment,and botulinum toxin injection play a certain role in preventing recurrence.
