摘　　要：目的探讨针灸联合超短波、中频电治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果。方法选取2019年8月~2020年2月我院收治的82例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各41例。对照组采用针灸治疗方法,治疗组采用针灸联合超短波和中频电的治疗方法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、最大主动张口度、关节弹响程度及疼痛程度。结果治疗10 d后,治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10 d后,治疗组患者的最大主动张口度大于对照组,且关节弹响程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10 d后,治疗组患者静息状态、张口末及咀嚼时的视觉模拟量表(VAS)疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合超短波、中频电治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病,可有效改善患者的最大张口度,降低患者关节弹响程度及疼痛程度,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave and medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders.Methods A total of 82 patients with temporomandibular joint disorders who were admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into treatment group and control group according to randomized double blind method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave and medium frequency electrotherapy.The clinical efficacy,maximum active month opening,degree of clicking of joint and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment for 10 d,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 10 d,the maximum active month opening of treatment group was larger than that of control group,and the degree of clicking of joint in treatment group was slighter than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 10 d,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)in treatment group at rest state,at the end of month opening and on chewing were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave and medium frequency electrotherapy in treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders can effectively improve the maximum month opening,decrease the degree of clicking of joint and pain,which has better clinical efficacy.
