摘　　要：目的:比较formin like-3(FMNL3)蛋白在乳腺正常组织、癌旁组织和肿瘤组织中的表达差异及与患者临床预后的相关性。方法:回顾性分析我院乳腺外科在2014年6月到2016年6月期间收治的86例乳腺癌患者的临床和病理资料,比较乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织和正常乳腺组织中FMNL3蛋白的表达情况。分析乳腺癌组织中FMNL3蛋白表达与患者3年生存状况的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中FMNL3表达阳性率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中FMNL3表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织和正常组织(P<0.05),癌旁组织FMNL3表达阳性率显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。低度分化、病理分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期及发生淋巴结转移的患者乳腺癌组织中FMNL3蛋白表达阳性率显著高于中度/高度分化、病理分期Ⅰ期/Ⅱ期及未发生淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05)。FMNL3表达阳性患者中位无进展生存期为58.182(95%CI:52.806~63.194)个月,表达阴性患者中位无进展生存期为63.621(95%CI:58.261~66.701)个月,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FMNL3蛋白在乳腺癌发生、进展和转移过程中可能具有重要作用,能够影响患者预后。Objective:To compare the expression difference of formin like-3(FMNL3)protein in normal breast tissues,paracancer tissues and tumor tissues and its correlation with clinical prognosis.Methods:The clinical and pathological data of 86 patients with breast cancer admitted to our breast surgery from June 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of FMNL3 protein in breast cancer tissues,adjacent tissues and normal breast tissues were compared.The relationship between FMNL3 protein and 3-year survival in breast cancer was analysed.Results:The positive rate of FMNL3 expression in breast cancer tissues,adjacent tissues and normal tissues was significantly different(P<0.05).The positive rate of FMNL3 expression in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues and normal tissues(P<0.05),and the positive rate of FMNL3 expression in adjacent tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of FMNL3 protein expression in breast cancer tissues of patients with poor differentiation,pathological stageⅢ-IV and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of patients with moderate/well differentiation,pathological stage I/Ⅱand without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The median PFS was 58.182(95%CI:52.806~63.194)months in FMNL3 positive patients and 63.621(95%CI:58.261~66.701)months in FMNL3 negative patients.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FMNL3 protein may play an important role in the occurrence,progression and metastasis of breast cancer,and can affect the prognosis of patients.
