摘　　要：lncRNA/miRNA在多种实体肿瘤中表达异常,参与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移。胰腺癌是发病率较高、死亡率高的恶性肿瘤,通过深入研究lncRNA/miRNA在胰腺癌发生发展中的分子机制,可为胰腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。lncRNA/miRNA expresses abnormally and is closely related to tumor proliferation,invasion and metastasis in various tumors.Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality.Through deep study of the molecular mechanism of lncRNA/miRNA in the development of pancreatic cancer,it will provide new targets for the treatment of pancreatic cancer in the future.
