摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,越来越多的企业将投资目标转向海外市场,但是面对纷繁复杂的国际形势,我国企业在投资中也遭受一定的损失。本文从政治、经济、法律、经营管理等方面分析了企业在海外投资过程中所面临的常见风险,借鉴日本在海外投资过程中取得经验,在海外投资保险制度的设立、拓展融资渠道、建立海外投资信息服务机构及人才培养机制等方面为我国企业“走出去”提出了建议。With the promotion of China’s“One Belt and One Road”strategy,domestic enterprises have witnessed rapid development of foreign investment.However,facing sophisticated and changing international situation,Chinese enterprises have also suffered some losses during the investment.This article analyzed the general risks they faced with in the process of overseas investment,including political risk,legal risk,economic risk and management risk.Learning the lesson from which Japan invested overseas,this article also threw out some suggestions for“going-out”of our enterprises from the following aspects,such as establishing the insurance system of overseas investment,expanding the financial channels,setting up information service organizations and personnel training system,etc.
