摘 要:为了研究卡车轮胎监测技术在黑岱沟露天煤矿的应用效果,通过分析煤矿的主要生产成本消耗影响因素,确定轮胎消耗是影响露天矿成本的主要因素之一。其中轮胎高温热剥离、胎面脱胶、轮胎鼓包、轮胎爆炸等都是容易造成卡车事故的原因,也是卡车轮胎消耗的主要原因。对比系统应用前后轮胎消耗量发现,矿用卡车轮胎监测技术的应用可以有效加强轮胎管控,进而减少轮胎消耗,降低安全风险。In order to study the application effect of truck tire monitoring system in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine,through analyzing the main factors of production cost consumption in coal mine,we determine that tire consumption is one of the main factors affecting the cost of open-pit coal mine.The high temperature peeling off of tire,degumming of tire tread,tire bulge and tire explosion are the main causes of truck accidents and truck tire consumption.Comparing the tire consumption before and after the application of the system,we find that the application of the monitoring technology of mine truck tire can effectively strengthen the tire control,reduce the tire consumption and the safety risk.
