摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌患者血清中抑癌基因超甲基化检测的临床意义。方法:收集于2019年1月2019年12月在我院检测的高危胃癌患者78例进行研究,其中21例胃癌患者为A组,29例萎缩性胃炎为B组,28例健康者为对照组。分别检测各组的CDKN2A、CDH1、DAPK1抑癌基因的甲基化水平。以病理诊断作为金标准,比较血清中抑癌基因超甲基化的阳性率及诊断敏感性、特异性。结果:A组CDKN2A、CDH1、DAPK1基因启动子甲基化的阳性率明显高于B组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测的诊断灵敏度、特异性明显高于单独检测。结论:联合检测血清CDKN2A、CDH1、DAPK1抑癌基因甲基化水平对胃癌疾病诊断的灵敏度及特异性较高,可作为胃癌疾病评估的标志物。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of detecting hypermethylation of tumor suppressor genes in serum of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:The study collected 78 patients with high-risk gastric cancer detected in our hospital in January 2019 and December 2019.Among them,21 patients with gastric cancer were in group A,29 patients with atrophic gastritis were in group B,and 28 healthy people were in the control group.The methylation levels of CDKN2A,CDH1,DAPK1 tumor suppressor genes were detected in each group.Using pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the positive rate,diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of tumor suppressor gene hypermethylation in serum were compared.Results:The positive rate of CDKN2A,CDH1,DAPK1 gene promoter methylation in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the combined test is significantly higher than that of the single test.Conclusion:The combined detection of serum CDKN2A,CDH1,DAPK1 tumor suppressor gene methylation levels has high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of gastric cancer diseases,and can be used as a marker for gastric cancer disease evaluation.
