曲伏前列素滴眼液+盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗40例开角型青光眼的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探寻开角型青光眼最佳治疗方案。方法:从我院2017年1月—2019年10月开角型青光眼病案中随机抽取80例,按照住院编号单双性将其均分为对照组和观察组,对照组选取盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液进行单独治疗,观察组在这一基础上再滴加曲伏前列素滴眼液,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率优于对照组,且治疗后眼压更低(P<0.05)。结论:临床上治疗开角型青光眼,曲伏前列素滴眼液+盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液联合治疗方法有效。Objective:To explore the best treatment plan for open angle glaucoma.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2019,80 cases of open-angle glaucoma cases were randomly selected from our hospital,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the hospitalization number of single and double sex.The eye drops were treated alone,and the observation group was added with travoprost eye drops on this basis to compare and analyze the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of open-angle glaucoma,the combined treatment of travoprost eye drops and carteolol hydrochloride eye drops is effective.
