摘 要:为了解决低产液井的流量和持油率的测试问题,研制了一种油相体积流量和持油率测量传感器。阐述了其油水流量测量方法和传感器构成,该传感器利用改变流态使井下油水混合物以液柱的形式流过阵列流道,通过安装在流道侧壁的两个电导探针测量流量和含水,即由探针接触油和水时不同的电压输出幅度来判别油水相,由探针接触各相的持续时间来确定油水液柱的长度。在阵列流道的横截面积和流道数量一定的情况下,计算通过仪器的油水相体积流量,并由其各相时间占比来计算持率。经过实验验证,该传感器在油水总流量5 m3/d以下,流量误差不超过5%,含水误差不超过10%,针对高含水和低含水均有理想的测量效果。In order to solve the problem of measuring the flow rate and oil holdup of low production liquid wells,a sensor for measuring the volume flow rate and holdup of oil phase is developed.The method of measuring the flow rate of oil and water and the composition of the sensor are described in this paper.The sensor makes oil-water mixture flow through the array channel in the form of liquid column by changing the flow pattern.The flow rate and water content are measured by two conductive probes installed on the side wall of the channel.The oil-water phase is distinguished by the different voltage output amplitude of the probe when it contacts oil and water.The length of the oil-water column is determined by the duration of the probe contacting each phase.When the cross-sectional area and the number of channels in the array channel are determined,the volume flow rate of oil-water phase through the instrument is calculated,and the holding rate is calculated by the proportion of each phase time.The experimental results show that the sensor has a flow error of less than 5%and a water cut error of less than 10%when the total oil and water flow rate is less than 5 m3/d.It has a satsfied measurement effect for both high and low water cut.
