摘　　要：介绍了职业院校加强培训基地建设的重要意义,分析了三种培训基地管理模式的优劣,并以河北交通职业技术学院汽车工程培训基地为例,介绍了培训基地市场化运营的具体模式和运行保障机制,为职业院校培训基地市场化运营提供借鉴。This paper briefs the significance of improving the construction of training base in vocational colleges and analyzes strengths and disadvantages of management models in three training bases.Based on the construction of automobile engineering training base in Hebei Jiaotong Vocational and technical college,this thesis puts forward its specific market-oriented model and operational guarantee mechanism.It can serve as a reference for the operation of similar training bases.
