摘 要:目的评价基于案例分析和部分翻转课堂的融合教学法在骨科学教学中的应用效果。方法将学生分为两组:融合教学模式组和传统教学模式组。融合教学模式组采用融合教学法教学。要求了解和熟悉的内容,拍成微视频,以翻转课堂形式教学。要求重点掌握的内容,设计成临床案例,以案例分析法形式教学。难点的内容,采用多媒体幻灯授课的形式教学。采用问卷调查和测试考核评价教学效果,并与传统教学模式组作比较。结果融合教学模式组在课程满意度、教学方式满意度、课程兴趣度及知识掌握程度均高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05)。融合教学模式组在选择题、问答题和病例分析题型的得分显著高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05)。结论基于案例分析与部分翻转课堂的融合教学法增强了学生学习主动性和互动性,提高学生对知识的掌握程度和临床综合分析能力。Objective Integrated application of case-based learning and partial flipped classroom will be evaluated in the orthopedic education.Methods All students were divided into two group,which is group Integrated Teaching and group Tradition Teaching.Students in the group Integrated Teaching will be educated by integrated application of casebased learning and partial flipped classroom.According to the education objectives,the knowledge must be understood which will be made into micro video for the flipped classroom,the knowledge must be mastered which will be made into the clinical case for the case-based learning and the knowledge is graspable difficultly which will be made into multimedia course for PPT teaching.Students in group Integrated Teaching was evaluated by questionnaire and test.The result was compared to group Tradition Teaching.Results Curriculum satisfaction,satisfaction of teaching methods,course interest and knowledge mastery in group Integrated Teaching are superior to group Tradition Teaching(P<0.05).The scores of multiple choice,essay question and case study in group Integrated Teaching are better than group Tradition Teaching(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated application of case-based learning and partial flipped classroom is good for students in the orthopaedic teaching.It will increase the subjective initiative and interactivity in the study.It will accelerate the students to master more knowledge and the general skills of clinical analysis.
