摘  要:目的分析中南大学湘雅二医院2014级八年制临床医学生内科学考核结果,发现学生学习过程中的薄弱环节以及教师教学中的不足,从而提高教学质量。方法选取中南大学湘雅二医院2014级八年制临床医学生56名,利用计量资料的统计描述及独立样本t检验分析考核结果。结果学生平时成绩显示技能考核极差为20.40及病例书写极差为2.10,提示学生水平参差不齐;期末卷面成绩显示八年制临床医学生分数集中在70~79分,提示学生对内科学知识掌握一般;试卷质量分析显示平均难度为0.66,总体区分度为0.21,提示试卷具有可行性。结论每位八年制临床医学生对内科学知识的掌握程度相差较大,提示学生对内科学的学习兴趣及重视度不一致,也表明教师没有将教学工作落实到个人,教师应加强对八年制临床医学生临床思维的培养,增加教学的训练强度,从而整体提高教学质量。Objective To analyze the results of the internal medicine assessment of the 2014 eight-year clinical medical students of the Second Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,to discover the weak links of eight-year medical students in the learning process and the shortcomings of teachers in the teaching process,thereby improving the quality of teaching.Methods We selected 56 students of the 2014 eight-year clinical medical students of the Second Xiangya Hospital,the Central South University,to analyze the results of internal medicine in those students by using the statistical description of measurement data and independent sample t-test.Results The analysis of the usual results of 56 medical students showed that medical students had a greater gap in skill assessment and case writing;The analysis of theoretical achievement demonstrated that medical students had a general knowledge in internal medicine,and the overall score distributed mainly in 70~79 points;The analysis of test paper quality proved that the test paper was feasible.Conclusions When the difficulty and content of the test paper is reasonable,it is quite different of the mastery degree in the internal medicine knowledge points for each eightyear clinical medical student,which suggests that medical students have different interests and value in the learning process,and the teachers did not implement teaching work to individuals in the teaching process.Therefore,we should strengthen the training of medical students'clinical thinking and increase the training intensity of medical students in the teaching process.
