清华大学政治辅导员制度的初创启示

摘　　要：高校辅导员制度是高校思想政治教育制度的一个重要组成部分。清华大学政治辅导员制度的初创被公认为我国高校辅导员制度的开端。清华大学政治辅导员制度的成功创建实施,现实需要是主要原因,政策导向是重要原因,历史传承是根本原因。深入研究清华大学政治辅导员制度的初创有重要历史意义和现实价值。从清华大学政治辅导员制度初创史看,高校辅导员队伍建设要实现科学发展,必须要坚持党的领导,必须要善于总结历史经验教训,必须要立足现实,从实际出发,实事求是,服务大局必须要重视制度建设。College counselor system is an important component of ideological and political education system in China.The initial es-tablishment of the political counselor system of Tsinghua University has been recognized as the beginning of China's college counsel-or system.The main reason for the successful establishment and implementation of the system lies in the actual needs,and the im-portant reason lies in policy orientation,while the fundamental reason lies in the historical inheritance.It is of important historical significance and realistic value to deeply study the initiation of Tsinghua political counselor system.From the initial history of Tsing-hua political counselor system,we must be good at summing up historical experience and lessons,adhere to the correct leadership of the Party,base ourselves on reality,proceed from reality,seek truth from facts and serve the overall situation if the construction of college counselor team is to achieve scientific development.
