基于翻转课堂的混合教学模式在公安实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：翻转课堂教学模式的推广应用是信息化和网络通信技术高速发展催生高校教学模式变革的必然趋势。而公安院校的特殊性对更加重视学生主体性的翻转课堂教学模式更提出新的挑战。以《交通管理学》等公安基础课程为模板,讨论如何将这种新的教学模式融入到学生培养过程中,更好地适应公安院校的教育教学改革要求,培养创新型的实战化人才。The popularization and application of the teaching mode named as flipping classroom is an inevitable trend since the rapid development of information technology and network communication technology leads to the rapid change of college/university education.And the character⁃istic of police colleges brings new challenges to the flipping classroom teaching mode which focus on students'subjectivity more.This pa⁃per takes Traffic Management and other basic courses of police colleges as an example,and discusses how to integrate this new teaching model into the process of student training,in order to better adapt to the requirements of education and teaching reform in police colleges,and educate innovative practical talents.
