摘 要:基于工厂实际工况,对带水剂甲苯、二甲苯、环己烷、二氯甲烷精馏带水过程进行模拟优化。以带水过程的公用工程成本和废水COD作为指标衡量带水剂的带水效果,结果表明,二甲苯带水公用工程成本最低,废水COD在污水站可接受范围内。同时对带水剂用量进行比较,发现带水剂的用量能建立起全塔温度和浓度分布即可,多加带水剂无法提高带水效果。对原料药生产中带水剂选用具有指导意义。Based on actual working conditions in plant,the simulation and optimization were carried out for the water carrying distillation processes respectively with water-carrying agent toluene,xylene,cyclohexane and dichloromethane.The utility cost and waste water COD for the process were used as indicators to measure the water-carrying performance.The results showed that the cost of xylene water-carrying utility was the lowest and waste water COD was within the acceptable range for sewage station.At the same time,it was found that the dosage of the water-carrying agent could be used only for establishing the temperature and concentration distributions in the whole tower,more water-carrying agent could not improve the water-carrying effect.What presented herein has guiding significance for the selection of water-carrying agent in API production.
