贝复舒滴眼液与爱丽滴眼液治疗眼角膜上皮缺损的随机对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]比较贝复舒滴眼液与爱丽滴眼液治疗眼角膜上皮缺损的临床效果。[方法]选择某医院2018年1月至2020年1月进行治疗的120例眼角膜上皮缺损患者纳入本次研究。按照随机数字表对照法分为2组,每组60例。观察组患者给予贝复舒滴眼液治疗,对照组患者给予爱丽滴眼液治疗。比较2组患者疗程结束时治疗效果、治疗前后眼角膜上皮缺损症状评分、裂隙灯下泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)检查结果变化情况以及药物经济学、治疗期间不良反应发生率。[结果]观察组患者疗程结束时临床治愈率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后眼角膜上皮缺损症状评分及BUT检查结果均低于对照组,SIt检查结果高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者药物治疗费用、住院总花费均低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组成本-效果优于对照组,观察组每增加个效果单位(痊愈率1%)所花成本比对照组少13.19元;2组患者诊疗费用、检查化验费用和其他费用组间对比差异不显著(P>0.05);2组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率组间对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]贝复舒滴眼液治疗眼角膜上皮缺损预后效果优于爱丽滴眼液,成本-效果更佳,安全性良好,值得临床推荐。[Objective]To compare the clinical effect of corneal epithelial defect by Baifushu eye drops or Ally’s eye drops. [Methods]120 cases of patients with corneal epithelial defect from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases). The observation group were treated by Baifushu eye drops. The control group were treated by Ally’s eye drops. The clinical effect at the end of treatment, the scores of symptoms of corneal epithelial defect before and after treatment, the levels of BUT and SIt before and after treatment, pharmacoeconomics, the rate of untoward effect period of treatment were observed. [Results]The rate of clinical cure and total effective for the observation group at the end of treatment were higher than the control group(P<0.05);The score of symptoms of corneal epithelial defect and the level of BUT for the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The level of SIt for the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The drug treatment costs, total hospital costs for the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The cost-effectiveness of observation group was better than the control group, the cost of each additional effect unit(recovery rate 1%) in the observation group was 13.19 yuan less than that in the control group;There had no significant difference on the costs of diagnosis and treatment costs, clinical Laboratory costs and the other between the two groups(P>0.05);There had no significant difference on the rate of untoward effect period of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). [Conclusion] It has better clinical effects on the patients with corneal epithelial defect by Baifushu eye drops than that by Ally’s eye drops. It has better cost-effectiveness and good safety.It is worth of clinical recommendations.
