摘　　要：非典型脑膜瘤是一种发病率相对较低的脑膜瘤类型,具有一定的侵袭性且术后复发率较高。其具体发病机制尚不明确,但具有一定的病理及影像学特点。目前,针对其主要的治疗方式仍为手术治疗,术后辅助放疗的疗效及具体方案仍存在争议,药物治疗的研究相对较少。本文结合国内外近些年的相关研究,从流行病学与发生机制、病理及影像特点、治疗方案等方面进行综述。Atypical meningioma is a type of meningiomas with relatively low incidence, which is invasive and has a high recurrence rate after surgery. The specific pathogenesis is not clear, but it has some pathological and imaging features. At present, the main treatment method is still microsurgical treatment, and the efficacy and specific scheme of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy are still controversial, and there are relatively few studies on drug treatment. This article summarizes the relevant research at domestic and abroad in recent years from the aspects of epidemiology and pathogenesis, pathology and imaging characteristics, treatment options, etc.
