摘　　要：从视觉传达设计专业的毕业实习质量入手,探讨当前毕业实习存在的问题,如:学生态度不端正、实习单位分散、教师缺乏实践经验、管理手段落后等,分析存在问题的原因,从毕业实习与毕业设计和大学生创新创业项目相结合、扩展产学研合作模式、加强双师型教师队伍建设及思政教学模式培养、运用现代化教学管理手段、改进毕业实习手册内容五个方面探讨监控的重点和方法,制订较为完整的毕业实习管理制度和质量控制体系,以期建立毕业实习质量全面监控体系,提高毕业实习质量。Starting from the quality of graduation practice of visual communication design major,it analyzed the problems existing in the current graduation practice in the paper,such as students’attitude is not correct,practice units are scattered,teachers lack practical experience,management methods are backward.Finally,it discussed the key points and methods of monitoring from five aspects:the combination of graduation practice with graduation design and college students’innovation and entrepreneurship projects,the expansion of industry university research cooperation mode,the strengthening of the construction of double qualified teachers and the cultivation of Ideological and political teaching mode,the application of modern teaching management means and the improvement of the content of graduation practice manual,so as to formulate a relatively complete graduation practice management system and quality control system,in order to establish a comprehensive monitoring system for the quality of graduation practice,improve the quality of graduation practice.
